Bookings and appointments

A request submitted on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm date, time, and location. Please arrive on time and follow the prep instructions provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible.

Services and results

Sunless tanning results vary by skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Our services do not provide protection from ultraviolet light and are not medical treatments. Let us know about allergies or skin conditions before your appointment.

SMS text messaging terms

Program description. Treasure Valley Tan sends text messages about appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates.

How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking request form, by texting us directly, or by giving your number and consent in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and inquiries.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 208-971-0849 or glow@treasurevalleytan.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use a phone number you own or are authorized to use, and not to misuse or interfere with this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasure Valley Tan is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website, our text messaging program, or our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
